Top Tube = Wet and/or Dry Oxidation
Middle Tube = Silicon Nitride Deposition
Bottom Tube = LTO Deposition

Please Note - - As of September 5, 2008, only 2 of the 3 process tubes are operational. The polysilicon / silicon-nitride tube is being repaired. It should be operational in very short order.

The top tube is fully operational with wet and dry oxidations. Processing temperatures for this atmospheric process tube are capable of reaching 1100C. Please note - this is intended to be a very clean tube capable of producing a gate oxide quality film. It is tightly controlled, and not all samples are allowed within this process tube due to contamination concerns.

The bottom tube is fully operational for LTO deposition. This is an LPCVD process, so extra training and special care will be required.
