We are in the process of updating and improving the Purdue Retirees Web site. The contents of this site may not be current. Please bear with us while we are under construction. A new site will be up and running in late spring 2008.

Monthly PURA luncheons. The PURA Monthly Luncheon Series features a variety of speakers and an opportunity for retirees to visit with friends and neighbors. Retirees are invited to eat lunch beginning at 11 a.m. at the MCL Cafeteria in West Lafayette on the first Monday of each month. Programming begins at noon in the Purdue Room.

Dates and speakers for upcoming luncheons are:

April 7 - Speaker: Sarah Johnson. "A New Generation in Collegiate Dining."

May 5 - Speaker: Dr. Richard Arnold. Topic: The Earth Does Not Understand Your Good Intentions Nor Your Stupid Excuses.

June 2 - Speaker: Claudine Kaufman, Columbian Park Zoo director. "At the Zoo."

July 7 and Aug. 4 - Speaker and topic: Pending.
